RONGGOWARSITO MUSEUM
The late Ronggowarsito was a poet laureate of the Kasunanan Palace of Surakarta in 19 century. His Famous writing is " Serat Kalatidha " ( Javanese Inscriptions ) in which he portended about people's future conduct and some of the portents seem to have come truenowadays. The name of Ronggowarsito then is perpetuated for the name of the museum in Semarang Town. The Ronggowarsito Museum is Located in Jl. Abdulrachman Sale, exactly at the kalibanteng intersection complex.

MANDALA BAKTI MUSEUM
This building was buily by AR. Kuhr E and Van Leeuwen for the raad van justitie or court for European citizens in Semarang circa 1930. In 1950, The Indonesian Army used the building astheir office, and in 1985 it became a museum.
He site of the museum is at the building used to be The Higher court for European Citizen in the era of Ductch colonial ruler. Located in the south Tugu Muda intersection complex.

HERBAL MUSEUM

MUSEUM TRAIN AMBARAWA

Museum of Train of have location in town of Ambarawa Kab. Semarang, precisely walked connecting Ambarawa by Magelang/Yogyakarta. PRINCE DIPONEGORO MUSEUM
Prince Diponegoro Museum
Prince Diponegoro,a noble javanese hero,the son of King Hamengku Buwono III of thre Yokyakarta hadingrat Sultanate, was a charismatic leader of a bloody guerrilla war against The Dutch from 1825 to 1830.Several items of Prince Diponegoro’s belonging are also displayed such as his Write Robe,Cups and Teapot,a Rug,a Book of his hand writting,religious Texts,Table and Chairs used in the peace talk.
Located at the complex of the office of the Assistant to the Governor for the Kedu area at 1 Diponegoro Street, Magelang.

SUGAR MUSEUM
It lies in Kebonarum Village, inside the area of gondang Winagun Sugar Factory, in the main road that connects Prambanan Temple and klaten Regency.
There ara collections of traditional tools usually used to plant sugar cane tree, plant and seed care. It is a pity that the sugar cane plantation is nowadays inactive.

SANGIRAN ARCHAIC MUSEUM


Sragen has many top and famous tourist attraction that had been known by the world especially archeologist.In the meeting of World Archeologists in Mexico at the end of 1994,Sangiran was established as the world’ property for thye most famous invention of Prof.Dr.Van Koeningswald in 1941 together with the Department of Minning in Bandung,the mandibular of an ape.This museum lies in Krikilan Village,subdistrict of Kalijambe,Sragen.The distance is about 40 km to the west side of Sragen or 17 km to the north of Solo.Before world war II,many achaelogists from other countris held a research in Sangiran,they were Prof. Martin in 1919,Louis J.C. Van Els in 1931 and 1939.An expert of Palaentology found the inheritance of fossils which was the reminder of Homo-Erectus.The creatures was living in 600,000 up to 150,000 years ago.They were the origin of the  human being,ancestor and the version of the knowlodge.Many animal fossils were found  in this area. 



THE KRETEK MUSEUM
The kretek museum lies in the village of getas pejanten 3 km from the centre of the city. There ara various form of cigarette cover being performed in this museum which were made in a traditional process starting from how to drain the tobacco leaves up to the making of cigarettes. This museum leaves us knowl edge in the tobacco making.

KARTINI MUSEUM

Located in Jepara town square. It exhibits late Kartini's belonging such as letters, furnitur's kitchen utensils, photos of herself and her family, etc. Kartini is a National Hero for the struggle of women's emancipation in Indonesia during the 19 century against the traditional culture which compelled all women to be seeluded at home prior to marry.
To those who want to see where RA.Kartini lived in seclusion, you may visit the resident of the Jepara regent (Bupati of Jepara). RA kartini is the daughter of Adipati Ario Sosrodiningrat, the jepara Regent who ruled Jepara at the end of the 19 century.

RADYA PUSTAKA MUSEUM

This oldest and largest museum in Central Java was built in October 28, 1890 and used to be The Department of Science and Culture (specifically for Javanese Culture).Radya Pustaka Museum located near Taman Sriwedari 235 Slamet Riyadi Street, Solo. The museum is actually in the category of general as well as collects also many history books, archeology, ethnography, heraldic, ceramic and art. Specific transcript are exhibited in the library room also the story of Java, Sculpture, Keris, Puppet and the inheritance from Hindu Mataram Kingdom.

TOSAN AJI MUSEUM
The establishment of the Tosan Aji Museum in Purworejo was based on the idea of Soepardjo Rustam ( former Governor of Central Java ) and Soerono ( coordinating minister of politics and safety ) to preserve Indonesian Culture. This museum was inaugurated for public at April 13 1987 by ismail, Governor of Central Java. This museum is located in the town of kutoarjo subdistrict, 12 km. To the west of Purworejo at 2 Diponegoro street. It has 1200 collections, consist of kerises, spears, swords, kujangs and cundrik, all of those are weapons.

BATIK MUSEUM
In the former time it lies in the complex of " Bintang Merdeka" Amusement Park. After the rearrangement of the city, the location of Batik museum moved to the Sub Government Offices Complex. It is built on an area of 510 sqm. With an architecture of the traditional "joglo" the Batik museum is in Majapahit street, Pekalongan City
