Tengkleng

Tengkleng is a kind ofcurry with patched sheep bones. AS the complement side dish, it can beadded with ,asted sheep meat, roasted intestine, roasted innards, and other parts from sheep organs which are curried together with the bones such as eyes, cheek, carand womb (klepon).

Nasi Liwet
